Americans are exposed to great dangers. Today the power of America is in the hands of the masses. There is a terrific power in the press, and the people are swayed by it. The United States, on a national scale, sets the pattern for an international pattern. There will be a World Civil War, followed by the establishment of a world state; all the nations will be a part of it and will have to conform to it. This war has already started... Mankind cannot be purified and cleansed without suffering. It is positively dangerous to live in cities. The cities are doomed. They will go up in smoke. They will evaporate. The Bahais must disperse from the cities...why do they not disperse? If they do not respond and disperse, they will suffer spiritually, materially, and physically. In America the destruction will be great! They must disperse for their own protection. The cities are doomed: New York, Chicago, San Francisco, Los Angeles... America will become the storm center of the future. Those with independent means must pack up and go. Those with spirit must pack up and go. There must be a mass response. I can warn them, but I cannot make them go. The Cause will triumph in spite of the actions and inactivity of the believers. If one country falls down, another will make up for it. The Bahais have been given the method. Now they must have the spirit. It is hopeless for capable teachers in the cities (the people will not listen). The friends are calculating too much, and there is too much emphasis on nonessentials. People are flocking to churches through fear. Americans must have a totally new way of life, become a race of wholly devoted souls, devoted to God and His ways. They must get to a simpler way of life. The standards of America must be lowered, have fewer luxuries. Americans do not have enough belief in God, not enough detachment. They must be more spiritual, disencumber themselves from things, have Bahai standards, not American standards. Americans are too materialistic, too mechanized, too attached to family, health, and death. There must be less materialism, less intellectualism, and more spirit. America is the most disturbed nation, politically, on earth. There is too much organization in America and too little spirit. I AM THAT I AM (BAHAULLAH) 1929 – 2929. The SUN has risen in the WEST. 2020 – 4020 1 Today is the day in which the God of Justice (Allah) is judging between man and man and nation and nation. 2 To understand the present, we must learn of the past. 3 We are 4,000 years from Moses and Moses was 2,000 years after the creation of the Caucasian race, or 2,000 years after the fathers of the Caucasian, or white race of Europe. 4 This makes 6,000 years from the time of the birth or grafting of the Caucasian race. 5 In 4,000 years of the white mans rule they have practiced and exercised their power and authority over us as was divinely given to them. 6 The trouble is going on between the so-called Negroes and the American white people, who have always shown themselves to be the enemies and haters of their slaves, the so-called Negroes. This thing must come to an end. 7 So God, Himself, intervenes to make manifest the two peoples. Everything that is of good, according to recorded history, has trouble in its infancy, but as it grows, it triumphs in the end. 8 The so-called Negroes must know the truth. This is the only way to bring them into the light of truth as they are spiritually blind to the knowledge of themselves but God, Himself. 9 Prophets of God can only deliver the truth to the people. But to make them believe, see, and understand it and accept or reject it this must come from God. 10 It took the destruction of the people of Korah by Almighty God to make Israel understand that it was God who had appointed Moses to lead them and that self -made leaders such as Korah would not work in the way of delivering Israel another country. 11 Because Allah had chosen Moses to act as a guide for Israel, and all other self- made leaders would be failures. 12 He sent poisonous and fiery serpents against them to bite and kill those who rebelled. So this is a warning and a sign for us today: That when God intends to separate a people, or remove a people and put another in their stead, it is His work and the people who rebel against His work who will come to naught. 13 The so-called American Negroes must learn these truths today. That they cannot deliver themselves from the evils they are suffering from the white race without the help of Allah. 14 You see the trouble that our people and the American whites are suffering from the struggle of our people with a few whites on their side to bring about integration between the two races, of which is opposed by God, Himself.
