4 artisan studio spaces available in this space at Eat, which is now called Evolving Artisan Traditions and aims to continue to be a vibrant hub for beautiful high quality and handmade products, albeit in a new form. There will be 5 studio spaces total, which will be running down entire length of the studio area (the main room) so each one will be 6 feet in length. The room will remain open, with nice wooden partitions (3 x 3) demarcating each unit. Renting more than one unit is possible, as is sharing a unit with someone else. There is a pottery studio in the basement (wheel time rental, bisqueing, and gas or wood firing service in upstate NY available) and there is also still a full kitchen in the back, which we want to make available part-time for cooking classes.
