4 p.m. Service Pilgrim Rest Baptist Church (Prattville, Al) Speaker: Bishop David Evans Scripture: Mark 9:14 Todays Message: We need the church The church has gotten so caught up in collars, Gender,badges, and denominations that they forgot about feeding the hungry, clothing the naked, and giving sight to the blind. Pastors preach out of the spirit of God, not their flesh or gender. Satan cant speak to your spirit so He speaks to your mind. You got to learn to put your spirit over your mind. The churchs job is to be fisher of men. The church is suppose to reel them in and allow God to do the fixing. The problem with this, is that you have leaders serving in your churches that havent been born again and instead of showing people the love of Christ theyre hearts are as cold as ice. The enemy will make it seem like God can fix everybody problem but yours. Your problem is not too big for God but sometimes you got to give God something to work with. Bishop Evans said, Its time for the church to stand up and take its rightful place. No more separation. No matter the denomination, You are all Gods church. God has sent people with the anointing to preserve the body of the church but they couldnt represent because they couldnt find it. Bishop Evans issued a challenge to the churches by saying, Dont use your church affiliation to divide what God has put together.
