40% is the cutoff to trigger a runoff Primary Election in October & Bill deBlasio is at 39.5% of the vote to be the Democratic Party Mayoral candidate. William Thompson is in 2nd place. Randy Credico did better than expected with a projected 15,000 votes & he will be on the ballot in November as the Mayor candidate of the new Tax Wall Street Party that is advocating the sales tax on Wall Street too (Wall Street has about $50 trillion a year in sales (sales of stocks, sales of bundled mortgages, sales of credit default swaps, etc.) & the sales tax is 8.875%).
