400 Kashmiri youth suffering in Indian jails for false cases: Bhim Singh New Delhi: Lashing out at Coalition Government for pushing youth of Kashmir to wall, National Panthers Party Patron Prof Bhim Singh on Saturday said that at least four hundred Kashmiri youth are languishing in different jails of India for “false cases” where they are “suffering badly” at the hands of jail authorities. “I am not telling you as a politician but as a lawyer of Supreme Court. At least 400 Kashmiri youth have been implicated in false cases who are languishing in Jodhpur, Varanasi, Gujarat and other jails of India,” Singh told CNS adding that the irony is that the jail authorities violate the court orders and do not allow any lawyer or their family members to meet them freely. Prof Bhim Singh said that Varanasi Jail authorities did not allow him meet Kashmiri youth. “They are innocent and their only fault is that they are Kashmiris. Don’t expect justice from the outside State authorities. My heart is bleeding for them and cursing the present State Government at dispensation in Jammu and Kashmir,” he said. Singh said that truth is the biggest causality in Kashmir and as long as NC-Congress coalition rules the State, youth would be pushed to wall and lodged in jails
