#41. The Miseducation of Lauryn Hill (1998). From the moment I heard The Fugees cover of Killing Me Softly I have been a fan of Lauryn Hill. This is a deeply personal album about love, family and life. My only complaint is that the interludes where a classroom of children are talking about love were not given separate tracks (for easy skipping) but rather were tagged on to several tracks, which made for limited use of tracks on this album on playlists. My favorite on this album is Everything Is Everything. Other recommended tracks are Lost Ones, To Zion and Doo Wop (That Thing). On the CD (not on the Spotify version of the album that I have the link to) she had two hidden tracks with a great cover of Cant Take My Eyes Off Of You. open.spotify/album/2Uc0HAF0Cj0LAgyzYZX5e3
