41 years ago, my baby brother, Richard Bullard was born. I was 14 years old and because our mom had to immediately undergo brain surgery to remove a benign tumor, I had the responsibility of taking care of him like a temporary mom. My dad was working out of town every week and would only come home on weekends. I have great fond memories and a special bond with my baby brother. I am so proud of you and how you have become a wonderful father as well. I love you and dont regret the lack of sleep nor the dirty diapers even back then. Plus it prepared me for my own babies. I hope you had a wonderful birthday with your family!!
