43-year-old businessman Gary Pinnock was shot dead by a lone gunman in a section of the parish of Hanover yesterday. Pinnock who operates businesses in two parishes, was at his establishment in Hanover, when a lone gunman walked up to him and opened fire hitting him several times. Pinnock attempted to escape, but collapsed and died. A woman at the business establishment was then held at gunpoint and robbed of an undetermined amount of cash and other items before the gunman escaped. Police have begun investigations into the incident
