45 Shuttle Hell Wand MBG speed & stamina? GOAL 45 rounds in the total workout!! HOW MANY CAN YOU DO!!!? 3 x 10 min (indoor or outdoor): shuttle sprints: igougo (i go, then you go) GOAL is to each hit 15+ rounds in each 10 minute section 60y shuttle run x 10 min 20y of lateral jump burpees (thats a burpee, then a lateral jump...about 5 feet, then burpee again 10 yards down, then 10 yards back!) x 10 min 20y power wheel crawl x 10 min. One of my favorite conditioning workouts we do! Builds speed, stamina and crazy core strength!!! So far ive only seen Power Wheel World Record Holder Olivia Robinson make it!!
