45 minutes of my Tuesday AM that I will never recapture and that prompted this note: Hello. I hope that the service provided to families with children under 13 taking the AP exam can be improved. Obtaining scores is a nightmare. It is unduly frustrating and cumbersome. Perhaps, rather than having an account in the childs name, a parent account could be established until the child reaches the age of 13. I know these families are in the minority, but it doesnt mean we are any less deserving of the services provided by the College Board in as timely a fashion as those with students who are 13+. Thank you in advance for your time and consideration in this matter.
