#454, at long last, marks the arrival of Ronnie on this countdown. Therell be more coming up in just a few.... but for now, Strange Highways is, sadly, an album that can just fade into the background, which is hard to say about anything Dio recorded. But when every song is just about the same pace - and that a mid-tempo, sounding rather exhausted - and the riffs just kind of plodding along with the drums rather than ripping it up like on previous Dio discs - its hard to not shrug this one off.
