4J is partnering with a local business that will offer an academic summer camp to help stop the "summer slide." At Summer Springboard, students entering grades 6–9 will mix it up with math lessons (taught by highly qualified 4J math teachers), an hour of outdoor activities each day, financial literacy (learning about jobs and managing money), and computer programming. Summer Springboard is a fee-based program; a limited number of scholarships are available upon request.
