4TH MALAYSIAN ASPIRATION SUMMIT 2013. The Malaysian Aspiration Summit 2013 (MAS 2013) is the flagship event of the Malaysian Aspiration Program. Since 2010, the Malaysian Aspiration Summit has been an annual state-wide event gathering students from across Victoria to engage with Malaysia’s prominent leaders from government, private sector and civil society. The event explores the complex dynamics of Malaysia, from politics to economic development, and the very issues affecting Malaysians, particularly students overseas such as brain drain. Already in its 4th year, eminent leaders have participated in MAS such as Dato’ Seri Johan Raslan, YB Nik Nazmi, Johan Mahmood Merican, Datuk Ahmad Zaki Zahid, YB Tony Pua, YAM Tunku Zain Al-‘Abidin Tuanku Muhriz, Senator Gan Ping Sieu, and Rafizi Ramli.
