5.0 out of 5.0 Great Customer Service by Lawanda from Woodbine, GA | My experience at Nalley Brunswick Buick GMC was very pleasant. I walked in the service department and was greeted with a smile. I explained what was going on with my vehicle, and was told they were slammed at the time and it was an hour before closing. But nevertheless, she stated, No problem. We will be glad to take a look at it. I went in to have a seat in the waiting area, which was very clean and organized. While waiting, almost every employee that passed greeted me pleasantly. One employee even asked if there was anything that he could get me, such as a beverage, while waiting. I felt like they were very comforting and I even learned a little more about football from one of the employees, since there was a spring football game showing on the tv at the time. I even appreciated that I was given updates about what was going on with my car while waiting. Finally, the attendant from the service department stated that it was determined what was the problem with my vehicle. After she explained, I was concerned about how much it was going to cost me to have it repaired. She smiled and stated Not a penny because you are covered under the warranty. That was a great thing to hear! By the time my repair was completed, it had been over an hour after the closing time of the service department. Furthermore, when I was getting in my car, I noticed that they had even taken the time to clean the car up because it was still a little wet. That was very impressive, because thats a detail that could have been left out due to after closing hours and not to mention their busy schedule. Now thats what I call great customer service!!
