5/22/13 Quantum Zero Manufacturing, The Shadow company Executive Summary • The Mission Statement- Quantum zero manufacturing is constantly in the pursuit of new technologies to better mankind. QFM will be using a 3D printer technology to create prototypes. Such as testing the aerodynamics of a car or air plane model. Functioning objects will also be an option. From toys like LEGOS to cellphone cases. Finally, fully customizable parts or objects will be sent to our printers from customers and we send them there creation.The possibilities are endless! • Company Information- Quantum Zero Manufacturing was originally formed 10 years ago in Glenhaven ,Washington as a video game company but has evolved over the years. Aaron Erickson and David Young are the Co-founders and the only employees thus far. • Growth Highlights- Currently, QZM is in the stages of obtaining the technologies and equipment for rapid prototyping and manufacturing. • Product and Services- By using CAD anyone can create a 3D object or use a pre-set files to have us print it out and then we send it to the creator. For now the material that we can print with are PLA and ABS plastic. • Financial Information- Aaron works part-time as a assistant manager at a local 24 hour restaurant. And David works full-time at a paint distributor. Currently looking for some kind of loan, grant or angel investor. • Future Plans- QZM will start as a small local company that will mostly print plastic objects for customers in Whatcom, Skatgit county. Once we get our website up and running we will start shipping custom products all over the world. Eventually, we would like to use electron beam melting(EBM)another form of 3D printing to make titanium parts for medical purposes like artificial limbs or replacement bones. Automotive parts would also be a target area. We might have a baby company (The Shadow Company)to create and manufacture custom gun parts like rails,bull pumps, and clips.
