5 Reasons to Ditch Low-Fat Dairy - Ahhhh one of the long-standing representations of the misguided war on and elimination of FAT in our diet. Read this short article and see if you still want to go for that 2%, 1%, or Non-Fat milk? Or better yet, keep buying it for your children?? Do you turn your childs milk into the equivalent of a soda, by allowing it to be low-fat, (2%, 1%) chocolate milk? Keep in mind this is all part of the transition away from stuffing our faces with sugar, processed carbs and grains, and genetically / chemically altered foods. We all need to go back in time to when we ate natural, organic, and WHOLE foods of the earth. If you choose to eat dairy, it should be consumed in the same way it originated in nature because that is where it contains the essential nutrients of life.
