5 Star: Penny S. My husband had my engagement and wedding rings made at Britton. From choosing the diamonds, to designing the setting to choosing the color of the band, the Britton staff were helpful every step of the way. I have been living in California for the past 13 years and have always come back to Vancouver to have Britton clean my ring and look at it to make sure that it is still in good condition. Just recently, my ring needed to be repaired because my diamonds were getting a little loose in their settings (I guess Im a little rough on my rings). I specifically flew back to Vancouver to have Britton repair it. Carlos did not even hesitate to fix it and did it in less than 24hrs. I will never go to any other jeweler with my ring other than Britton. Their customer service is just like their diamonds, PERFECT!
