5 Star: Russ K. Man oh man, if there were an Academy Awards for trophy shops, Action Awards would win the prize for Best Picture every year!!! My journey with Action Awards started at the tender age of 4 when I received my very first T-Ball trophy. I still get goosebumps looking at it. The quality and craftsmanship (even from way back in the early 90s) is top notch. I challenge you to find a better built trophy anywhere in the Inland Empire!! Upon walking into Action Awards, its hard to not feel like family. Theres Ed, the original mastermind behind the wonderland that is Action Awards. Its hard not to fall in love with the guy at first glance, with that ruler always in his back pocket to ensure that each trophy or plaque that goes out of the shop looks like a million bucks. Then theres Mike, Eds protege and son. Mike is always willing to take time out of his day to provide the customer with top notch service, all while keeping his Action Award polo shirt neatly pressed, and his glasses resting ever so gently below his brow. Mike is the epitome of a world class trophy builder. Watching him massage the decals into the perfect spot, or etch lettering into a piece of blank metal is akin to watching man walk on the moon. Its an amazing sight to be seen!! If you are ever in need for a trophy, plaque, ribbon, or whatever else you desire, Action Awards is the place!! Excellent customer service delivered at a great price are two things that keep bringing me back. THANKS Ed and Mike!!!
