5 Star: Vanessa W. Patience and Customer Service... Thank goodness we got referred to Cherry Creek! We primarily worked with Don Goettling on our loan, and couldnt have asked for a better experience. Don took the time to juggle several different loan scenarios, but ultimately he took the time to really find out what was going to work for our lives and what we were comfortable with in the future. I should mention, I am a bit of a Type A who would call him pretty much every other day and ask a thousand questions. Don always took the time to explain everything and was a total doll about it. He even called me on my birthday :) Super sweet. Linda handled everything once we went into escrow and was super detailed about everything that was going to happen and talked me through what all the numbers meant. Patient and kind to help always understand the fine print and bottom lines. I would definitely recommend them, and I am so thankful that someone recommended them to me!
