#5. Today I am thankful for my good health. I am officially healthy as a horse. I take zero scheduled medications and only an occasional Motrin or Aleve when my left knee hurts from fighting the WOW at work. I havent even had a cold in 3 years. Used to suffer from seasonal allergies..... not even an allergy attack in years. I am exposed to every germ and virus there is 3 x a week and I guess my immune system is doing a great job. Stress level has been up lately and the two things that I know help bring it down are great music from the 50s and 60s and the beach. I miss my beach walks. Now that the heat has let up a bit I plan to get back to my walking on my days off. Since it is pitch black outside by 6pm I wont be able to walk after work until they make us spring forward!
