5 and 6am classes loving the mobility work. if your not implementing this in your program already, i highly recommend you start doing so. Kelly Starrett and his staff put on a great seminar and its crucial for not only safety but also efficiency. if you wanna push to your fullest potential then get on it. His book Supple Leopard is a great place to start or mobilitywod. Ive been following this for myself for a while and it makes a huge difference especially if youre looking for better and faster recovery. I have to use everything i can to keep up with these guys.
