RISHI KAPOOR AT HIS COMIC BEST – Those who watched (unfortunately) Besharam and got worried whether a legendary actor like Rishi Kapoor will take to slapstick comedy, will have a sigh of relief in this movie. The movie has mainly 3 acts with the last short act exploiting Rishi Kapoors comic nuances to the fullest. He gets better scope with each act and makes it to be the best feature of this film. 2. NICE PERFORMANCE AND LOOKS OF AYUSHMANN AND SONAM- They both look awesome and apt, whether Sonam in a pink bikini or Ayushmann bare chested. They both are good as actors and do justice to the limited moments that the film creates. The only criticism might be to see them in a familiar characters compared to the past. Probably, they both need to try characters out of their comfort zones. 3. SIMPLE AND SHORT SCRIPT – The strength of the movie lies in its treatment - it is simple and has the right duration. A romcom of this nature could have turned predictable and yet the story takes a different turn before finally having an expected happy ending. 4. ROOM FOR MORE WITTY MEAT – The movie has its moments. The first and second acts however, should have tried more witty dialogues and explored more of the chemistry between Rishi Kapoor and Ayushmann Khurrana. 5. DIFFERENT BUT EPHEMERAL MUSIC – Raghu dixit tries his hand at Bollywood. The music sounds different than normal Bollywood tunes and quite fits the mood of the movie. However, once you come out of the movie hall, you forget the songs which is a little let down from a music sensation like Dixit. With no other prominent action in movies this week, you might catch this movie for a refreshing break.
