5 things I am thankful for... So the accident is pretty sh*tty, and Im sort of depressed about it and being stuck in Willits, but Ill try something new and list a few things Im thankful for in spite of it... 1 - Yes, Im stuck in Willits, but at least I have cell and data reception here. Im stranded but not disconnected. 2 - The accident could have been worse. I was t-boned, but aside from some neck pain, I was not badly injured. The car repair may be a pretty penny, but early estimates indicate I should at least be able to be back on the road tomorrow (if they can get all the parts) 3 - The people Ive come across here in town have been super friendly and helpful. (+ all of you friends IRL have been so supportive and offering assistance) The gentleman who saw the accident helped me find a auto shop, called ahead so theyd wait for me before they closed, and afterward even came by to take me to a hotel. 4 - I enjoy staying at hotels. And I splurged a little to stay at a pretty one - Baechtel Creek Inn and Spa. 5 - At least it happened now. Theres never good timing when it comes to accidents, but at least Im on my way FROM the weekend festivities rather than to them. And I have plenty of time before I *have* to be anywhere... (Like school... and Monday Night Raw...)
