5) things about the chili cook-off this Saturday (this is long but its important!): 1) The event will be from 9-3 so we will have 2 shifts... 8:30-12 and 12-3:30. Please Facebook message me, email me at k1m4krause@gmail or call/text me at 202-3680 to sign-up! 2) I would like to have an idea of how many people are bringing baked goods, how much and what kind if possible. So far I have one person bringing lemon drop cookies and possibly seasoned pretzels, one person bringing no bake cookies and Im bringing cupcakes. 3) please package items in individual packaging such as Saran Wrap, baggies, etc. in a quantity suitable for $1. If you are bringing loads for sale, obviously that will sell for more than $1 but mainly I am speaking of individual items such as cookies, brownies, etc. 4) If you cannot bring your items to the event Saturday morning, I will be at the hitting facility in my black suburban to pick up on FRIDAY from 6:30-7pm. The hitting facility will be closed Wednesday, Thursday and Friday due to fall break so drop off at any other time will not be possible. If this doesnt work for you, please let me know and we will figure something out. 5) We would like to know which girls will be helping work so we can make sure we have enough and so they can get their uniform tops from Coach Steed TOMORROW. ***Thanks again and we look forward to making a good profit on this!
