500 Daily Keeping The Pace Armies march. They keep pace, as they march in unison. It becomes a clean perfect orderly procession. Much is credited for the expertise that the army exhibits in all its endeavors. You don’t have to be a massive army to function in like manner. Organizations that have it together, do like wise. It’s all in the dedication to organization. Also we should add, to the organization. It is all about being organized. Keeping pace is actually, following the leader. This in no way means to imply that the followers in procession are mere puppets without any leadership qualities. On the contrary, they are polished and can step into other roles in the organization. Followers of a certain caliber, make exemplary leaders. When a group marches to the same drummer, the group becomes a force to be reckoned with. The alternative is chaos. A disorganized mess that goes nowhere. Keeping the pace, takes the pattern that has been set and continues the momentum. When the momentum is continued, without the army missing a step, the possibilities are staggering. The plans of the organization, the leadership, will succeed. They will also come to naught if there are kinks in the armor, ranks. So far, evil has had its day. When well organized, it is powerful. Righteousness does win out in the end. Organized evil in the form of an army is one of the biggest threats that is posed by nations that determined to eradicate the worlds power. The ranks get larger and larger with support from disgruntled humans. These people should keep it to pouting instead. We teach our young to keep pace from a young age. Schools are notorious for these exercises. It is done in the beginning, primarily for the same reasons already mentioned; organization. Out of the ranks, leadership arises. The goal is, or should be discipline. As we learn to keep the pace, our confidence grows and our leadership blossoms. Strict discipline is not an easy task for the individual at times, though, those who succeed, will prosper. While leadership plans and goals are devised by humans and therefore, not perfect. They do have a better chance to prosper, along with its pacemakers. We all know the few in the crowd that move to ‘the beat of a different drummer’. some get along okay. Others may well face disaster somewhere along the way. There may come the time when you we be moved out of your comfort zone; then what ..? Bottom Line: Survivors we continue to survive. they will find away. Then there are few holdovers from ‘ the do as little as you have to’, bunch. These really are the ultimate losers. No gain, rotten status quo, schleps. Got to wonder how they ever kept their jobs? Things must have really gotten lax in the fat years. Keeping the pace is good in and for many situations. It is in place to form leaders. Leaders, are usually are good followers too. ’Gotta serve somebody ..’ Follow, lead and be driven! LChaim!!
