Todd School and Carver and McCracken Middle schools were honored during the Spartanburg County Junior Scholars Awards Ceremony at Converse College last night for receiving high scores on the PSAT (Preliminary SAT). The honorees are: Johnathan Allen, Zane Austill, Sophia Barry, Logan Black, Alexia Bogier, Paige Bridgeman, Erika Ceja, John Chapman, Clavis Chisem-Stevens, Emma Cont, Mary Cribb, Layton Davis, DeHaven Dickerson, Cecelia Dominick, Alyssa Dowling, Shannon Dowling, Ethan Durham, Abby Ericson, Matthew Evans, Louise Franke, Walker Gillespie, DAsia Gist, Noah Goodwin, Mary Margaret Greene, William Harper, Hayes High, Cora Hoover, Lauren Howard, Alaina Hrysikos, Samuel Jameson, Cayce Johnson, Thaddeus Jones, Caroline Layne, Ryan LeBoeuf, Seth Mathis, Jonas McAninch, Soline McGee, Aries Melendez, Nan Miles, DeAndre Moultrie, Esten Neighbors, Thomas Nowatka, McKayley Owens, Emilie Parsons, Georgia Price, Thompson Rudolph, Patricia Ryan, Tucker Shelton, James Stevens, Savannah Stinson, Ameera Surka, Benjamin Taylor, Ashley Wade, Jack Warren, and Olivia Wolfe. DeHaven Dickerson earned the highest score in the county on the PSAT Math section, and Matthew Evans earned the highest score on the Critical Reading section and for the PSAT highest total overall score in Spartanburg County.
