56 years and 9 months ago I was conceived in the womb of my mother, born of the seed of Adam, judged already having that original sin tainting my every faculty. As I grew sin matured producing in me every evil common to men. And now, a wretched man I am, advanced and polluted by the world, apart from any hope but One, save, Jesus Christ the Holy One of Israel, who died for sinners, even me, giving me faith in Him and the hope of glory that will not disappoint. Thank you Lord for 56 years on your beautiful earth, for saving me at the age of 22 and for being good towards me every day of my life.
