58 braves souls begin their quest for 10,000 today !! You have begun a unique challenge of mental toughness, endurance and perhaps one of the more difficult tests...whats inside of you???? Who will stay the course? Who will bail out? Who are the talkers...and who are the walkers? 100 push ups a day for 100 days....sounds easy right??? He he he...time will surely tell. Remember, safety and fun are #1 priority.....in that order! Post your pictures/videos, complaints, successes, failures, hopes and dreams and anything else you want..anytime you want. Where is the most unique place you can do push ups? Weve seen push ups at Fenway Park, Beaches of Southern California, the Carolinas,top of the Prudential building in Beantown, top of Killington, top of Shawnee Peak,in a dentists office, back of a pickup truck loaded with firewood, side of the road (any road, anywhere), in an airport waiting for a flight and dozens more Its amazing how a single photo or video can motivate another to keep going! Help each other...show support...especially in the dog days of this challenge. Manage your reps wisely,hydrate, eat well and share your individual push up experiences with the rest of us.
