5x5 150 kg on sumo deadlifts yesterday without a belt! Might not be that much compared to the average lifter. But considering ive just recently started squatting and deadlifting again after suffering from a back injury that has taken me months to recover from I am incredibly happy. Ive gone from barely being able to bend over to pick up a 10 lb dumbbell from the floor without being in serious pain to being able to squat and deadlift again. Been working my core about three times per week and Im feeling much more safe pulling weight now. My next goal is to surpass my old best lift that ive done with a belt and doing it beltless.
