6/22/13, I will continue writing about the Senso- Perception. In the last paragraph of the previous article we noted: The conscious level of awareness allows us to realize the circumstances that occur outside of us, as well as those that occur in the heart and in the mind. The problem with the conscious level is that, in most humans, it is damaged. It does not function one hundred percent, as it did with our first parents. It functions very weakly in most human beings today. Do you know why it functions so weakly? Because the spirit of man is almost dead in them. It lacks the power to do the job of being the mentor. There are a few events that, consciously enter the heart through the mind. This is because these people are asleep spiritually, psychologically and emotionally, because for them there is a negative spiritual overload that makes them turn their attention to situations that are not related to the specific moment they are living in. They are not living in the present. They are not conscious, as required by the Word of God. Most people do not live in a state of alert. They are not aware of their spirits. They live according to the experiential contingencies of their souls. Since their souls are polluted and full of the works of the flesh, they are not aware of the battles that must be fought in their minds, both on the subconscious as well as on the unconscious levels. The Christian who does not develop his spirit, can progress very little spiritually. This situation is most beneficial for Satan. It does not allow the conscious level to develop. Therefore, if it does not grow, neither does the spirit. This is because the conscious level is what allows our consciousness to become activated. If consciousness is not activated, the spirit can not be developed, although it has already been revived spiritually, due an earlier event, when he/she received the Lord Jesus as the sure Savior. The conscious level, in most people, is sick. For that reason, it can not operate properly. When our consciousness is not alert to the dangers that beset us spiritually, mentally, emotionally and physically, the evil work of the evil spirits becomes much easier. As the individual lives asleep, because the circumstances keep him asleep, he can not use his powers of perception in order to become aware of these eventualities. The mechanism that is produced is: sending all events to the heart.They should not cause any damage even if they are negative events. The conscious level, that is in our consciousness, is the spearhead of our spirit to defend against the wiles of the enemy. Founded on this premise, it is necessary to realize that this level of consciousness dwells within our being. The aim is to become activated and developed at all levels. These three areas are usually bombarded by temptations and events that take place around us. From this we can deduce that the conscious level is our internal channel to our heart. It also allows us to realize everything that happens, both in the heart and in the sub-conscious and the in-conscious levels of the mind.
