6 pm.......Ham and Beans are done! Enough for 10 people to have 2 servings and all under $10 dollars.....too bad Billy Morgan Vance isnt here....him and his little brother Nate Swoverland are having a blast at Grandpa Mark Swoverlands and Grandma Delilah Swoverland house tonight.....so....I have had some messages about why do I use Beef instead of Chicken stock.....my Grandma did this to add a more meaty flavor to the beans because of the lackbof a Hock or Bone.... its more robust....but if you like a lighter flavor then use chicken stock but I like it Bold :).....No kids, pot of beans, plenty of rum and no boat to be a pirate.....at least I have my Rum! This concludes the Under $10 Ham and Bean tutorial :)
