6 years ago today, I had 5 radio-active injections at the cancer site on my back. I laid there for 90 minutes while doctors watched which lymph nodes that spot drained to. Then I was wheeled into a 3 hour surgery to remove the Melanoma on my back, several other spots and also the lymph nodes under my arm. Today as I sit here reflecting, I find myself a bit emotional. Our family has had quite a journey the past few years. It is far from over, but we do know that God is good and He is still in control.
