6th Day of Dec.,2014.*AWAKE SAINTs, Awake from your Slumber*. Daily Devotion with OMOOBA(ERUJEJE c)2014. ACTS OF THE APOSTLES. Acts19v8:..disputing and persuading men about the things of the KINGDOM... I have said a couple of things about the KING(1)giving our inner most affection as allegiance to him. So we have to take heed to subtle idols and images of our heart. Love him with whole of our mind, soul and strength.(2)getting conformed into his image..meekness,love,etc. Let us see few things about KINGDOM. The KINGDOM OF GOD or KINGDOM OF HEAVEN are often used interchangeably. They mean the same thing. The kingdom should not be understood only in the context of a celestial location where believers go to when they die,but foremost in the context of a realm we are to operate in while in this world. LESSON POINT 1: The kingdom is foremost a GOVERNING OPERATION and not CELESTIAL LOCATION. LESSON POINT 2: The kingdom of God is within u(Lk17:21), and Kingdom is like grain of mustered seed(mat13:31). The kingdom of heaven is within you,it is not in third heavens of the firmament. Mathew13vs31 then says, when the grain of mustered seed of the kingdom is well nutured,it becomes a forest under whose branch the birds of the air begin to find shelter. This means,though the kingdom be so little within us now,u and I can excercise ourselves in it till we become a reckoning force of kingdom power and authority. To handle this sceptre of kingdom power and authority,we need to be consistent at doing just one thing;PRESS INTO IT by laying hold of it FORCEFULLY! Luke16v16: ...since the KINGDOM of God has been preached,everyman PRESS into it. Mat11v12..the KINGDOM of God suffers violence,and the violent men take it by FORCE. What are you pressing into and trying to lay hold of with all tenacity of force? Kingdom of this WORLD or the kingdom of GOD? Receive grace to engage the kingdom in Jesus name.
