7/27 12:51 AM. Officers responded to Orchard Road for a report of reckless operation. Officers learned that a vehicle was traveling on Orchard Road northbound in reverse. The vehicle went off of the left side of the roadway at 890 Orchard, drove into a fence in the yard and continued to travel through the fence and into a tree in the yard at 870 Orchard. The vehicle then proceeded southbound through the front yards and struck another tree. This vehicle then turned northbound from the front yard of 890 Orchard and traveled northbound on Orchard road before striking a parked car. The suspect vehicle continued on another 1000 feet before becoming disabled. The driver, a 45-year-old Willoughby woman, was located and arrested for OVI. She was later charged with assault after kicking a female employee during a procedural pat-down search back at the police department.
