7:30 AM 7/24 – Make way for the nicer weather! It might not look like that now with the clouds and showers around, but we are leading to a perfect day of weather on Friday! Yesterday’s storms brought in cooler air and today will see a gradual drop in humidity. TODAY – It’ll be quite a bit cooler today compared to yesterday. Expect highs only around 80º with mostly cloudy skies through the day. Some breaks of sunshine may be possible later in the day. Scattered showers could be around, but it won’t be a washout. TONIGHT – Perhaps a shower early, then clearing skies! Lows will fall to the lower 60s with humidity levels plummeting with it. It’ll feel a lot nicer Friday morning! FRIDAY – Perfect! To end the work week we will have highs in the mid 80s and mostly sunny skies, but accompanied by low humidity making it feel very comfortable! SATURDAY – It’ll be slightly more humid but not oppressive. Temperatures will jump to the upper 80s with partial sunshine overhead. Some stray showers and thunderstorms may be possible, but the chance is low. LOOKING AHEAD – Sunday will bring an elevated chance for thunderstorms with warmer temperatures and higher humidity as well. We may have another round of storms on Monday if the cold front moves slower, but temperatures will drop slightly from Sunday, back to the mid 80s. By Tuesday and through the middle of next week, a cooler than average weather pattern will take hold! Brace for an unusually comfortable end to the month of July! Stay tuned and have a wonderful day!
