7. Any member may be expelled or suspended from the club on grounds that his conduct has adversely affected the reputation or dignity of the club or that he has contravened the provision of this constitution. 8. Any expulsion or suspension of a member shall be done on the recommendation of the National Executive Committee or by resolution of the general meeting of the club. Such suspension or expulsion shall be by a two-third majority of the National Executive Committee or of the general meeting of the club PROVIDED where a member is suspended or expelled by the resolution of the National Executive Committee, he shall have a right of appeal to the general meeting whose decision shall be final PROVIDED FURTHER that a member to be suspended or expelled shall have a right to address the committee or the general meeting at which his suspension or expulsion is to be considered
