7 Things You Shouldnt Freeze While buying in bulk and freezing certain foods is a great way to save money and stay stocked up in the kitchen, there are some foods that just shouldnt go in the freezer, whether for safety or quality reasons. Lets take a look at 7 foods you should keep out of the freezer: Fruits and Veggies with High Water Content: fruits like melons and veggies like celery, cucumbers and lettuce shouldnt be frozen because theyll end up limp and soggy when you finally unthaw them. Cream-based Products: things like sour cream, light cream, yogurt and custards will end up separating when theyre frozen, so keep these guys out of the freezer.
