7 days into our New Year! I know many of us have a lot of goals/aims for the new year so lets check in. What have you accomplished or started working on this last week? Share below! • I have started some major household/room organizing and decor - this is a huge project but Im tackling it one small area at a time or room by room depending in the intensity of organization needed. • Christmas stuff down, packed and put away! • Prioritizing more personal time & space • Working on planning a major weekly goal/focus - This week is prepping for my party Saturday and now planning next weeks focus to enroll in distant learning nutrition/raw food/vegan education to get certified to work in the field. Ive put it off far too long. • Im back to tracking my calories to make sure I am not slacking & getting enough. I WILL (not want but a determined WILL) gain 20lbs this year and work on my fitness goals (Popeye power please) while developing an ongoing connection/respectful relationship with my body. Side note: 20 pounds is a minimum number - I would like to at least get to that set point and then allow my body to gain and go where it naturally needs to go but a minimum of a 20lbs - more focus on health not numbers but 20 will get me to a healthier range ☺️ • Increased Bible time These are things I feel Ive put effort into this week to share. I can look at each one and smile knowing I have been productive vs procrastinating.
