7#s & 5...ill take it!! If im really honest, I was really, really bad at my workouts..Round 2 starts in 10 days & my goal is to stay on track with the workouts & kick the 21DayFixs butt! Or more, let it kick mine! 21 days to break a habit & I can honestly say, after 21 days of healthy eating, my Shakeology, a few workouts & these last 3 days of hard-core cutting I feel GREAT, I have no cravings & my stomach is flatter then its been in a year...im not saying its FLAT, I have a ton of work to do, but the pouch is gone that Ive been trying to kick for a year. Worth every minute! & the real accomplishment is that last night, the FINAL night, when I could have said oh whats 3 hours difference gonna make while at dinner with friends..i didnt cave, I ate my healthy food while they all noshed on what I can only image to be AMAZING Mexican fare, sipped margaritas & pumpkin beer while I had water..i still enjoyed myself, I still stuck to it & im REALLY proud of my will-power, something I can say Ive NEVER had before! (not when it comes to margaritas!!) Thank you for the minimal pressure the past 21 days my friends...LOL I WILL however be sipping on some vodka tonight & probably have a carb after 6pm..but thats OK, b/c you have to have mini-rewards to live a happy life, you just have to remember to NOT over-indulge & get right back on track the next day!
