75 animals out of the Shelter today!!! Only about 725 to go. I know we can do it! To all of you who are moving, had a baby, dont like shedding, cant take care of your pet anymore...dont worry, we are doing the best we can for your apparently temporary family pet. To the caring owners that tell us your dog is SO nice, gets along with everyone, we thank you for at least admitting it was your animal. Sad though, that he /she fought with every other dog and bit 2 people. Maybe you were telling the truth and your dog just freaked out being turned in. So sad, but it does happen. You said you couldnt take care of him. We offered every resource we have to help. You didnt accept any of it. Hope you sleep well. I wont. Still, we try to fix your inconvenience. People tend to, walk, feed and clean up after your cats and dogs. For very little money. Thats who we are. Bless our volunteers who for free, make sure your dogs and cats get the attention they need. Tomorrow is another day. I hope good people, who understand pets , just like children are a life long commitment will come adopt. As an aside, Pepper, my heart dog at the Shelter, found a home! Minda
