#776 Today on facebook, I have accidentally clicked on a group page which turned out to be a group for chinese mechanical engineering students(juniors and seniors). Its quite surprising for me as Im a malay mechanical student but the malays have not created a group as such. If Im not mistaken, even the Indians have an engineering group. Why should we need these groups? If these acts are not considered to be racism, then I dont know what is. Even in the class, my chinese classmates just interact among themselves. I only get to know my chinese classmates only if we were forced by the lecturer to mix in the same group. Ive never had this problem in school where all races hang out together in the same class. So seniors, stop being so typical and omit the racial polarisation. Maybe then our juniors can get a chance to get to know everyone in their class.
