7pm status,359 With the increasing number of #road #incidents,here comes the #govt of #india with its NEW #bill to put a stop to it... Before i explain,let me quote some imp points out of the proposed bill !! *5000rs for violating traffic lights. *2500 for not wearing helmet. *4000-10000 for rash driving. *If you hit a person,high fine and 3 months imprisonment. If the person dies,then 3yrs imprisonment. *any violation will cause you add up 3 points in your name. If you reach 12 points,then your license is suspended for 1yr. If you are caught again for similar offences,then immediate license cancellation and if you are caught for one offence more than 3 times,then your license is cut for 5 years. The new bill proposes high penalty. Something for which you paid 100rs,you now need to pay 2500rs. It may be true that it can reduce the road accidents. But let me quote it loud and clear that... Doesnt govt need to make their part clear ?? Most of the one ways are unknown for its citizens. There are no clear signboards,all one can find is some flexes of different products. And above everything.... We need proper roads !! Nowadays most of the accidents are occurring because of the larger HOLE right in the middle of #roads !! And i believe with this high #penalty,there will be shortage of #drivers everywhere as people will be afraid of taking this job !! I wish if the govt did its work properly and check whether there is any decrease. Coz with more rules comes....more #corruption !!!
