7th Feb Witton Park Blackburn is the next PFO Nordic Walking timed challenge over 5 and 3 Km. This time maps will be available for those who want one. The routes are both scenic and challenging with paths going through undulating attractive woodland. There will be poles for hire and the course will be electronically timed, with the results going up on the PFO website. If you are interested please contact Gillian on 07713678677. Entry fees will be £4 with hire of poles and £3 if you have your own poles. You must have had at least 1 hours instruction with a qualified Nordic Walking instructor as there will no instructor there on the day.
