7th September 1974 And Muhammad is His Final Messenger - upon Him eternal peace and blessings This date marks the historic moments in the history of Pakistan when followers of Mirza Ghulam Ahmad Qadiani (also known as the Ahmadiyyah community/Ahmadi Association) - the person who claimed to be a Prophet in British India and disrespected Prophet Isa upon him peace, his mother Maryam and other Prophets in his writings - were declared non-Muslims including his Lahori followers and the following amendment was introduced in the Constitution of Pakistan: CONSTITUTION (SECOND AMENDMENT) ACT, 1974 An Act to amend the Constitution of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan [Gazette of Pakistan, Extraordinary, Part I, 21st September, 1974] The following Act of Parliament received the assent of the President on 17th September,1974, and is hereby published for general information:- Whereas it is expedient further to amend the Constitution of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan for the purposes hereinafter appearing ; It is hereby enacted as follows:- 1- Short title and commencement. (1) This Act may be called the CONSTITUTION (SECOND AMENDMENT) ACT, 1974 (2) It shall come into force at once. 2- Amendment of Article 106 of the Constitution. In the Constitution of Islamic Republic of Pakistan, hereinafter referred to as the Constitution in Article 106, in clause (3) after the words communities the words and brackets and persons of Quadiani group or the Lahori group (who call themselves Ahmadis) shall be inserted. 3- Amendment of Article 260 of the Constitution. In the Constitution, in Article 260, after clause (2) the following new clause shall be added, namely-- (3) A person who does not believe in the absolute and unqualified finality of The Prophethood of MUHAMMAD (Peace be upon him), the last of the Prophets or claims to be a Prophet, in any sense of the word or of any description whatsoever, after MUHAMMAD (Peace be upon him), or recognizes such a claimant as a Prophet or religious reformer, is not a Muslim for the purposes of the Constitution or law. End of Quote. This declaration came as a result of hard work put together by major Sunni Ulama like Shah Ahmad Noorani and Mawlana Abdus Sattar Khan Niazi (Allahs mercy be upon them) during the government of Mr Bhutto. The Ahmadiyyah have been growing rapidly in the UK over the past 6-7 years who have been representing themselves in regional and national electronic and print media as peaceful Muslims that promote social and religious harmony. They have very cleverly built working relationships with local councils and police through charity projects and have advertised the slogan love for all hatred for none on local buses in recent years. Their agenda in the UK is to have themselves normally accepted among Muslim commoners as a Muslim group that harnesses peace and harmony among all faiths whereas their theological beliefs and ideological works are completely contrary to this. The writings of Mirza illustrate an intolerable and repulsive attitude towards Prophets and Muslims at large and launch an attack against Prophet Isa (Jesus) and His Blessed Mother in having said blasphemous words that cannot be reiterated. In the view of Muslim unanimity, Ahmadis do not represent Islam nor do they voice a Muslim opinion. They are simply non-Muslims and it is from the absolute necessities of Islam to consider them non-Muslims. We must remain diligent of their agendas and must safeguard our families and friends from their schools, their temples which they call mosques & baits deceiving the public with domes and minarets. They run an international TV station (MTA) and have also launched a Quran App called The Holy Quran which we must also refrain from. We must instil in to the hearts of our offspring that Sayyiduna Muhammad (upon him eternal peace and blessings) is the final Messenger of Allah Almighty and whoever disagrees cannot belong to the sacred fold of Islam. It is a very logical point; when Christians accepted Jesus as a Prophet after Moses, Jews declared them to have a new faith. Muslims believed in a Prophet after Isa (Jesus), and hence Christians consider Muslims to have a new faith. The same logic applies to anyone who believes in a Prophet after Sayyiduna Muhammad upon him peace and blessings will have to belong to a new faith group but will never be a Muslim. Despite having said all this, we do not support any illegal terrorist activity against Ahmadis and invite them back to Islam openheartedly hoping that one day they will repent from their infidelity, recite the shahadah and join the Muslims under the flag of Islam.
