8 Week Challenge Update!!! Measurements can be done anytime from now up until the end of the working week next week (friday) If you have arranged a time with me already thats awesome, if not please msg me via facebook or txt. Fitness testing will occur at any of the 4 bootcamps next week. This will include a beep test and strength testing. Payment for the 8 week Challenge can be made up front, via transfer or through debit company PaymentHub. When you pay for the challenge you will receive a pack with everything you need (including diet plan, 8 week plan, supplement samples, measurement sheet and fitness testing sheet) You will receive your singlet when they arrive (approx 2 weeks from today due to problems with company handling delivery) If you have any questions please dont hesitate to ask, More info will be coming your way over the next few days so apologies in advance for flooding your news feeds :) The 8 weeks starts officially from next Monday the 1/7/13.
