8 years ago today, I lost a Man, a Big Strong Man, who never took a backward step, we argued like cat and dog when I was in my teens/early 20s, but when I look back that was because we were so much alike! (He even kicked me out, when I had my first cropped haircut in 69, we ended up having a pint and a laugh about a few days later!) I lived and looked after him for the last 4 years of his life, he came to depend on me, the way I had depended on him when I was young, its strange how roles reverse in life! The Man I lost was my Dad, he left 4 days before his 82nd Birthday which is the 29th, which makes this month doubley hard! Loved and Missed as much as ever! XXX
