815PM - Severe Thunderstorm for El Paso has been cancelled. There is still some lingering storm activity...but the intensity has diminished and they have weakened to below severe criteria. These additional storms can still pose hazards with deadly cloud-to-ground lightning and strong and gusty outflow winds. If you can hear thunder you are close enough to get struck...so seek shelter inside if storms approach your location.
