81st & 8nd Winchester Neighbors Block Club Minutes October 25, 2014 Attendees: Robert B. Michelle L-S. Moses H. Kathleen S Guest: Dwayne Hawthorne: Deputy Commissioner (Water Management), John Kilroe Water Department The meeting was opened by Robert B. (President): Rules of the meeting were explained, please do not interrupt the person that speaking. Any person with a question or comment with be given an opportunity to speak. Open Forum: Part II: Meeting was dedicated to the solely topic of ongoing issue of sewer/drainage system backup in and around our community that results in the flooding of basement of residence. We will continue this effort in an attempt to seek out answers/solution for the community. It takes time, but were doing it one hour, one day, once a month! Its a joint effort.....
