#84 Im 17. My best friend is a guy from Hyderabad. hes 17 too. He used to be in the school I currently attend but had moved to Hyderabad when his father transferred. after the ICSE, he came to Jamshedpur just to meet me. For the fortnight that he was here, we were constantly together. The day he as leaving, he kissed me goodbye. Since long distance rarely work out, we decided to stick to best friends. But we love each other. The only problem is that hes a Muslim and Im a Hindu. Our parents are orthodox. He doesnt even want to convert me. But my parents are still scared that I might elope. He doesnt want to affect my relationship with my family therefore, this past week, hes been very quiet. I dont know how to balance both relationships. please help. I can only go to a non judgemental third party now. Please suggest!
