ASAR! tAPOS wala man lng compensation.... According to DOTC-DTI ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER NO. 01 Series of 2012 Section 12. Right to Compensation and Amenities in Case of Flight Delay and Exceptions Thereto. 12.1 In case of Terminal Delay of at least three (3) hours after the ETD, whether or not such is attributable to the carrier, a passenger shall have the right to: (a) Be provided with refreshments or meals (sufficient snacks, breakfast, lunch, or dinner, as the case may be), free phone calls, text or e-mails, and first aid, if necessary; ....at ng tinanong q abt dto... aun..sabay kinuha ang phone ng CPA crew... knyari may kausap para di na maentertain tanong..bd3p lng... bawas stress!.. sabay alis! dahil madami na stranded at gutom... aun may nahimatay na... di na kinaya ang pressure sa loob...hayh naku... @ sa wakas...thanks God..12:20 na, departure time na...1pm yeheyh.. bye manila...and at exactly 2:00 in the afternoon... Legazpi Airport na..wow! na dapat 9am time of arrival... 5hrs super delayed flight from Manila to Legazpi... What Happened to this airline?late arrival of the aircraft? daw....weh! Accdg sa mga nakasbay q... lagui daw gnyn ang CPA...bakit ang PAL? ok nmn ung flight knina? delayed dn pero hndi tulad ng CPA na 5hrs... kaya..from that experienced..hoping that....it will be my 1st and last time to ride w/ this plane! KALOKA!
